Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all of its data at any time.

How to delete your account

Sign in, then go to Account → Profile → Delete account, and enter your password to confirm. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your account information and all of its resources: marketing sites, posts, leads, domains, connected accounts (e.g. Instagram/Meta) and the data imported from them, and passkeys. Any active subscription is also canceled so billing stops.

No account, or data via a connected platform

If you can't sign in, email hello@byekxo.com from your account email and we'll respond within one business day. Revoking ekxo's access from the platform (e.g. Meta) also removes the data we obtained through it.
