A plain summary of how we work together — no contract-speak you have to decode.
Who we are
ekxo, LLC. We consult, implement, and maintain software and infrastructure.
What we promise
To do the work we agreed on, on time, with care. If something gets in the way, we tell you early — not at the deadline.
Your part
Give us the access and information we need, pay invoices on time, and use what we deliver lawfully.
Ownership
Your business data stays yours. Deliverables we build specifically for your engagement transfer to you on payment. We keep the reusable tools and know-how that we bring with us.
Confidentiality
Both ways. We don't share what you tell us, and we expect the same of anything we share with you.
Limits of liability
We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at fees you've paid us in the last twelve months.
Acceptable use
Don't use our infrastructure or hosting to break the law, attack or scan systems you don't own, send spam, host deceptive or unlawful content, or abuse the IPs, sites, and resources we assign you. If we suspect abuse, we may suspend the service immediately to contain it. We may also suspend or cancel any plan at our discretion, with or without cause, and without refund.
Ending the engagement
Either side can end an engagement with reasonable notice. You get your data back; we close out open work cleanly.
Governing law
Governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes start with a real conversation; if that fails, they are settled by arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules, in English, before a sole arbitrator.
